Things seem to be looking up for Cosgrove. There is a fairly sizable area of new homes (not shown here as I personally dislike new homes) mostly, I guess built by People who like a nice easy drive but, wish to avoid the behavioral sinkhole that is Iowa City. They seem to want to be far enough out to avoid envelopment by that sorry place. I would try and join them out there...if there was only a Casey's. The great sunsets alone are worth the trip to see it.
