Now that the corn and beans are in, Iowa again becomes one of the truly grim places
on the face of the Earth...54,000 square miles of plowed ground.
This is punctuated by periodic snowfalls that transform Iowa again into a beautiful place
for a few days until it gets dirty or melts.
