Watch this Thing unfolding in Nevada very closely...

...tensions seem very high...some quite savory folk are rushing to the defense of the Bundy Ranch and a few unsavory types are also standing up to help. Throw into the mix some very unsavory Government control freaks and disaster might ensue. I certainly think that this could all be settled in a peaceable, civilized manner and I hope another "Ruby Ridge" or "Waco" does not happen here.
These ranchers have been ranching this place since the 1800's. All the fuss from the Feds hardly seems appropriate...and what is all this damnable nonsense about "1st amendment" and "no fly" zones. I had thought that the entire expanse of America was a first amendment zone. Is the Government attempting to limit access of the Free Press? One might think they would encourage "Cheerleaders".

There is no need for anyone to die here, and no justification for the Government to turn the desert into "Killing Fields". A reasonable thing would be to stand down and BACK OFF NOW! A cool hand on the helm is what is needed.

Update: Cooler heads prevailed...the Government backed off. Good!
