Cook County voting booth...

Just because I am no longer a Republican it does not follow that I wish any great good fortune to the Democrats.
I read that a Republican candidate for an office in Cook County went in to vote for himself and noted that his ballot was counted for the Democrat.
My question, having followed Cook County voting since 1959, is why was he so surprised? and I think I see his problem here. Obviously he came in to vote out of alphabetical order. It also might have helped if his age was over 100. Everybody knows the Cook County vote tends to be in alphabetical order and that Cook County voters are so enthusiastic they tend to vote even after they have passed on.

County officials say it was only a glitch in one machine and naturally. I believe them as they are, after all Cook County officials.

I have taken note that Best Buy
is in some financial difficulty

I have also noted that it is expected that 40% this years Christmas sales will
be online at the expense of brick and mortar.
Best Buy has been one of the greatest marketers of the instruments of their own demise.
next time you walk into a Best Buy and behold a big empty room, think about the stuff Best Buy has been selling us all for years. Remember the old days when Best Buy was full of neat stuff. RIP Best Buy. Radio Shack as well.
