the "statists" do not consider the
rights of the People to be sacred...
rather they see them as infinitely
malleable, to be morphed and used
for political convenience.
We must certainly all miss one of
the greatest legal minds in
all our American history.
*it is sadly noted that attending the funeral of this giant of constitutional law will not be on the itinerary of one of the...uh least of students of constitutional law. This "snub" has never happened in the history of the United States.
