More than seven billion wonderful human beings...

The human race seems to fear a plague. We are "ourselves" the plague we fear. We are an out of control biological infestation and the cause of virtually every environmental problem that we imagine. I say imagine because as far as we know we are the only infestation that can imagine.
There lies the crux of our problem...there is no cure...none that any of us dare even contemplate, or should even want to contemplate.
Perhaps it is better to let "nature" take it's course. Nature will sort out our problem for us. It would be sub human and inhuman for any human or human entity to do what is necessary to solve the problem. The survivors would almost certainly be entities that are intolerable and evil.
The survival of the human race may not be an option and will not be decided by us poor and pitiful humans.

I have seen many cities in traveling about and in My own humble opinion...they are uniformly shit holes and death traps. Some cities of under a half million or so, remain surprisingly livable. Above that limit it just does not bode well for future human survivability. Seemingly this is one of those "when, not if " situations. Something very bad will come along that will "get your children or your grandchildren". 
I am grateful that I live in a tiny and unimportant little town...way out here on the prairie, full of portly hicks and increasingly drunk, pudgy students. We may survive what is coming through no good effort on our part.

though I am not a religious person, I applaud the beat down of heavy handed government overreach. I am particularly gratified that a portion of  my hard earned dollars cannot be taken from me in the form of  union dues mostly to support onerous political causes that I could never support. Not ever!

Gee, gosh...
maybe it is time to consider ending the VA system entirely. Veterans may be better served by handling their needs within the larger medical community. They might be better off in the long run. Just consider it...all I ask. We seem to have far more hospital beds than we really need.
